This one totally and completely reminds me of a Watkiss drawing. It is beautiful. (I know John, and worked with him at Art Academy of Los Angeles/Associates in Art when he taught there, and created the Millenium Mural, among other things). He is awesome, and I have a few of his works, so I actually know what I'm talking about:) Amazing work.
